From a young age, Gianna "Gigi" Tiliakos has been deeply connected to the pizza industry, inspired by her childhood working alongside her father, Manos Tiliakos, in their family pizzeria. Growing up in that environment, she learned that a successful pizza restaurant is about more than just serving food; it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere and building meaningful relationships with customers.
After her father's retirement, Gigi sought to enhance her culinary skills further, which led her to join Luciano's Restaurant. Here, she focused specifically on Italian cuisine, but her passion for Greek pizza remained prominent.
Driven by her love of the industry and the desire to honor her roots, Gigi decided it was time to venture out on her own. In January of 2021, this ambition culminated in the opening of Gigi's House of Pizza in West Bridgewater, MA. Working closely with her family, she was able to bring her vision to life while staying true to her Greek heritage and values.
Gigi continues to honor her family's legacy in the pizza industry, driven by a deep-rooted belief that great hospitality and great pizza can bring people together in meaningful ways.
